This agreement is between Steven Lloyd Photography, hereinafter called the “Studio,” and the undersigned, hereinafter called the “Client”,
The Client shall make a booking fee as per contract to retain the Studio to perform the services specified in the contract.
Once the Client has made a booking for a specific time and date, Steven Lloyd Photography will not accept any other work from other clients for those times and dates.
If the Client shall cancel this Agreement more than six (6) calendar days before the photo shooting day, any booking fee paid to the studio shall be refunded in full if the Photographer is able to re-book the same date. If the Photographer is NOT able to secure another client for the date, or if the cancellation occurs less than six (6) calendar days before the booking date, the Client forfeits the booking fee.
We understand that Steven Lloyd Photography will retain ownership of copyright on all photographic materials, such as photos, negatives & video content.
We hereby grant Steven Lloyd Photography unrestricted rights to use, display & publish any image(s) (video content) taken in promotional advertising for the Studio or in industry competitions, as well as any reproductions or adaptation thereof for advertising, exhibition or editorial, advertising and self-promotion.
The usage for any other purpose must be negotiated between both parties.
Prints, video content, digital files etc for personal or commercial use, the client shall not sell or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer.
Reproduction rights are not issued exclusively to the Client except when specified in writing.
Steven Lloyd Photography reserves the right to refuse to supply or grant a reproduction licence to a third party when requested to do so by the Client.
This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook and instagram etc. When published online it is required that a citation of the photographer be made. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet. The client agrees to be responsible for any family member or friend who posts our photographs online and agrees that they cannot be cropped (with the exception of the forced cropping for Facebook’s Timeline & Instagram), altered in color, or edited in any way.
While every reasonable effort will be made to produce & deliver outstanding photographs & video Steven Lloyd Photography will carry out the assignment with due diligence & care, their entire liability to the client for any claim, loss, or injury arising from their photographic performance or from equipment failure etc. is limited to a refund to the client of fees paid.
